Drawn products, are forced through a drawing die with a cross section less than the material’s cross section . This operation can be repeated several times and changes the steel’s mechanical characteristics, increasing its strength and hardness. Precise dimensions and good straightness are also obtained. A clean, uniform surface is created, minimizing or eliminating the need of cleaning operations.
